Return Policy

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Orders must be canceled prior to shipping in order to avoid being charged. Most orders will ship same day so if you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately.

Any orders returned to sender (RTS) will be issued a full refund less the shipping cost, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Fusion Brands is not responsible for shipping addresses that are inaccurately entered or missing information. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct prior to shipment of their order.

Please contact us for address changes or cancellation requests as soon as possible. Sealed and unaltered orders in original packaging may be returned within 10 business days for a full refund less shipping cost. Buyer pays for all return shipping.

Return policy:

• Consumable items (e liquid, gummies): No returns accepted under any circumstances.
• All other products: May be returned for refund or replacement within 3 days of receipt if determined by support to be defective (Requires RMA #).
• There are no exchanges or store credit.
• Replacement will be sent out upon receiving a defective product.
• Refund will be issued upon return of the unopened product.
• All international orders: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Fusion Brands product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fusion Brands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fusion Brands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fusion Brands shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Fusion Brands without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
